A person reads every message. Write to support@praxis-hq.ai and say what happened and what you expected instead — that is usually enough to sort it out.
The Chair finds players over your local Wi‑Fi or Bluetooth, so everyone needs to be in the same room and on the same network. If a player does not appear: check both devices are on the same Wi‑Fi, that Bluetooth is on, and that iOS has been allowed to find devices on the local network — the first time you gather, the system asks, and a declined prompt is the most common reason a table stays empty. You can change it later in Settings › D20 Chair.
The Chair does not work over the internet. It is a room, not a service.
The Chair is a subscription: monthly or yearly, with the first month free. Gathering a table is the part it pays for — the front door, the local-network notice and the rest of the app stay open.
Apple handles the billing. To change or cancel, open Settings › your name › Subscriptions on your device; the Chair appears there as D20 Chair. Canceling stops the next renewal and you keep the time you have paid for.
On a new device, sign in with the same Apple Account and open the Chair. If it does not pick the subscription up, use Restore Purchases on the subscription screen. If that still does not work, write to us — Apple can confirm a purchase we cannot see.
The Chair remembers your party — each character’s name, class and level — on the DM’s device, so the table is still there next week. It does not store anyone’s character sheet; those are sent fresh each time a player joins. If the party is gone, the most likely causes are that Forget Party was used, or the app was deleted and reinstalled.
