Email support@praxis-hq.ai. A person reads it. It helps to say which device you are on and, if something looks wrong on screen, what you were doing just before.

Restoring a purchase

If you have paid before — on this device, or on another one in your Family Sharing group — you never pay twice. There are two ways in:

Settings → the card titled “The year” → Restore purchases
or: tap any locked campaign → the unlock card → Restore purchases

Either way you will be asked for the parent code, then one arithmetic question, before Apple’s sheet appears. Both gates are there so a child cannot reach a purchase or a restore alone. Restoring charges nothing.

If a restore does not find it, the usual cause is being signed in to a different Apple Account from the one that paid. Apple holds the record; we do not, so there is nothing we can look up for you.

A forgotten parent code

You do not have to lose anything.

The “Parent” tab → “Forgot the code?” → answer one grown-up arithmetic question → set a new code

Progress and purchases are untouched. The question is there so it is a grown-up doing it, not a child who wants the report closed.

We cannot recover or reset the code for you, and we never could — it does not leave the device, so we have never had it. That is the same reason we hold nothing else about your child.

Changing a code you do know is in Settings → Parent code → Clear parent code, which asks for the existing code first.

Moving progress to another device

Progress lives on the device it was played on. Nothing is uploaded, so nothing syncs by itself — the camp code is how it travels.

On the old device: Settings → Camp code → copy it. On the new device: Settings → Camp code → paste it.

The camp code carries a player’s progress. It does not carry the purchase, and it does not need to — that comes back through Apple with Restore purchases.

Write it down before you need it. It is the only copy that exists off the device.

Starting a device over

If you are handing the iPad to another family, or you want a clean slate:

The “Parent” tab → enter the parent code → the card “Reset this device” → Reset everything on this device

It removes every player on the device, their medals and the parent code, and clears the stored copy of the game. Progress removed this way cannot be recovered unless you have a camp code written down. Purchases are not lost — they come back with Restore purchases.

What we collect

Nothing. No account, no sign-in, no advertising, no analytics, no third-party code. The app makes no network requests of its own and plays start to finish with no signal. The full privacy policy is short, because there is little to say.

The one thing that does reach us is feedback an adult chooses to send from the Feedback button. Before it opens your Mail app it asks an arithmetic question, so it is a grown-up sending it; then you can read and edit the message, and nothing goes until you tap Send there.

Refunds

Purchases are made through your App Store account, so refunds are requested from Apple. We cannot issue one, because the payment never came to us. Apple’s process is at reportaproblem.apple.com.
