Odyssey is open to anyone, at home or in a classroom. There is no account to create and nothing to sign up for. Use it with your children or your students.
All of the writing and artwork in Odyssey is original and belongs to Adam Fischer. Printing it for the children in your care is exactly what it is for; republishing it is not.
There is no sign-up and no login, so there is no account for us to suspend. If you want to stop using Odyssey, close it. To erase a child’s progress, use “Reset everything” in the parent area or clear the browser’s site data.
Odyssey is practice. It is not a curriculum, an assessment, a diagnostic, or a substitute for a teacher. The reports it produces are a signal about what to practice next, not a measure of a child. Nothing in Odyssey should be used to place, grade, rank or evaluate a student.
We have written the content carefully and check the arithmetic when it is generated, but we cannot promise it is free of error, nor that using it will produce any particular result. If you find a mistake, please tell us — the Feedback button in Settings, or support@praxis-hq.ai — and we will fix it.
The app is the same game, bundled on the device. It makes no network requests of its own and loads nothing from this website; it plays start to finish with no signal.
The purchase. The first week is free. Downloading costs nothing and the first adventure — five missions, about a week — is complete and unlocked, so a family sees the real thing before deciding. One purchase — a single, one-time unlock, not a subscription — opens the rest of the year. There is nothing else to buy after it, nothing sold to a child, and no currency, chests or consumables of any kind. It sits behind the parent code.
Apple handles it, not us. The purchase is made through your App Store account under Apple’s terms. Apple takes the payment and keeps the record; we receive nothing about it. Refunds are requested from Apple, not from us — we cannot issue one because we never took the money. Family Sharing is on, so one purchase covers the household, and it can be restored on your other devices through Apple.
Odyssey is provided as it is, with no guarantee that it will always be online. It is designed to keep working offline once loaded, so a broken connection should not interrupt a child mid-mission. We may change or withdraw it, but we will not start collecting information without saying so first on the privacy page.
Odyssey is offered without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the extent the law allows, Adam Fischer is not liable for any loss arising from its use. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot lawfully be limited.
Teachers and districts are welcome to use Odyssey without asking. If your district requires a signed student data privacy agreement before a tool is used, we will sign the standard one — write to hello@praxis-hq.ai. See the privacy page for what is and is not collected.
